Trek training is an outdoor adventure fitness training program to develop fitness to achieve your goals.

The Welcome Introductory Offer includes;

  • Come along to any 3 treks to experience a trek training session.
  • Train in small groups led by a Certified Personal Trainer
  • Trekking session includes; endurance walks, interval training, core strengthening and flexibility.

Introduction to Trekking – 12 Pack – 1 hour Trek Sessions

Are you new to trekking? Do you want to hike the trails with confidence? Ready to train in with amazing women in nature, then celebrate with hot teas and beautiful views? Take your hiking to a new level, and start on the path to achieve your personal fitness and adventure goals. This is the perfect entry level for all looking to hit the trails with confidence.

The Introduction to Trekking Member Pack includes;

  • Trekking session includes; endurance walks, interval training, core strengthening and flexibility.
  • Train in small groups and gain confidence on the trails as you are led by a Certified Personal Trainer
  • Develop your fitness and learn essential tips and tricks for your next trek adventure.
  • 12 pack must be used within 12 weeks.

Trek Start – 6 or 12 Pack – 2 Hours Sessions

Do you have a specific adventure goal in mind, such as a day hike or overnight hike? Hit the trails for 2 hour trek training session, with a Certified Personal Trainer to cheer, motivate and support you in your drive to improve personal fitness or achieve your adventure goals.

Trek Start includes:

  • Trek weekly to improve your fitness and mental toughness to learn to embrace challenges on the trails.
  • Trekking session includes; endurance walks, interval training, core strengthening and flexibility.
  • Learn how to plan, prepare and pack for your adventure goal.
  • Train in small groups, led by a Certified Personal Trainer
  • Learn essential trekking tips and tricks to improve fitness and ensure you enjoy your time on the trails.

Trek Training – 6 or 12 Pack – 3 Hours Sessions

Do you want to take your hiking to the next level? Do you have a specific adventure goal in mind, such as a day hike, overnight or multi-day hikes? If you wish to increase your fitness, prepare your mind and body for trekking challenges – then this is the group for you. Challenge yourself to a 3 hour trek training session weekly to prepare, train and achieve your personal fitness and adventure fitness goals.

Trek Training includes:

  • Trekking session includes; endurance walks, interval training, core strengthening and flexibility.
  • Train in small groups, led by a Certified Personal Trainer
  • Learn essential tips and tricks for trekking adventures.
