Increase your fitness and endurance by challenging yourself to get out and enjoy a weekly adventure in nature.

Each session provides you with the opportunity to train with a small group of like-minded amazing women. Each group is lead by an amazing coach who is a certified personal trainer. Trek train in nature on local trails around Vancouver.

Trek Training Programs:

1 Hour Introduction to Trekking – Beginner

New to trekking, hiking or adventure fitness training? Trek Start is a one hour introduction to trek start session which includes endurance walks, interval training, core strength training and stretching. This provides an amazing introduction for you to build your trekking fitness training in nature on local Vancouver trails in a supportive environment lead by a Certified Personal Trainer.

 

2 Hour Trek Start

New to trekking, hiking or adventure fitness training? Trek Start is a two hour trek training session which includes endurance walks, interval training, core strength training and stretching. This provides an amazing introduction for you to trek training in nature on local Vancouver trails.

 

3 Hour Trek Training

Trek Training is a 3 hour trek training adventure fitness session in nature. Each session is a unique designed to challenge us to achieve personal adventure and fitness goals. These sessions include endurance walks, interval training, core strength training and stretching. Explore beautiful sites on local trails, trek train in nature.
